Col Munhall served 32 years from Europe to Vietnam to Desert Storm and then retired from the Pentagon in 1997. His initial assignments were as an Armor Officer and he later spent his time in Logistics. His home in Stoystown, PA allows him to serve as a good neighbor and advocate sustaining the Post-9/11 U.S. Armed Forces Memorial at Patriot Park.
