As Somerset County plans to honor America's "Heroes and Volunteers" during the Somerset County 25/250 Celebration, the Veterans & Athletes United's Fallen Heroes Memorial Dog Tag Flag will return to Patriot Park to honor those military members who have died during the Global War on Terrorism.
